We are preparing for a busy season as the cruise ships begin to dock, the sun starts to shine and tourists flock to beautiful Hobart and we need passionate staff to provide meaningful moments across their stay. What you can expect in a day in this role: 

Working across any of our 8 bars and restaurants at MACq01 or Henry Jones, you’ll be experienced in providing bar service or table restaurant service with passion to delight our guests. Working as part of a passionate team you’ll be comfortable to take on whichever tasks require your attention to ensure the best guest service experience possible.

What you will bring to the role: 

Previous experience in a similar role in a premium venue,

• A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry,
• The ability to work with others and build positive working relationships,
• A flexible and reliable approach to your working roster across a 7 day a week and late in to the night rotation,
• Hold a valid RSA Certificate
